Microcontroller Flame Photometer-1385
Microcontroller Flame Photometer-1385 Comes with Flame Failure detection and Auto Gas Cutoff Facility. In case of power failure, the gas cuts off automatically. In case the flame goes off accidently during work, the flame failure alarm sounds after a few seconds. Both Microprocessor Flamephotometers Model 1385 & Model 1382 are used for the determination of Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Lithium & Barium. They uses the latest microcontroller technology and advanced engineering techniques so as to give enhanced accuracy and reproducibility. They have soft touch membrane keys for ease of operation. The solution is aspirated through an atomizer. Air, sample and the fuel are mixed in the mixing chamber which is then sprayed as a very fine mist into the flame. Radiations from the flame passes through a specific narrow band interference filter and pass to the photo-detector. The final results are displayed on the 20 x 4 alphanumeric LCD. The standard model comes with 2 filters (Na & K). Additional filters Ca & Li are optional at extra cost. In both the models, Calibration can be done with up to 25 standards of user choice(5 point for each element) and non-linearity correction is provided through an automatic curve fitting software. Multiple Calibration Curves can be stored in the memory. Facility has been provided for re-standardization with a single standard, thereby, eliminating the need of multiple standards once a calibration has been performed. Microprocessor Flame Photometer, Model-1382 is an ideal instrument for the determination of sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Lithium. It uses the latest Microcontroller technology and advanced engineering techniques so as to give enhanced and reproducibility. It has soft touch membrane key for ease of operations. the solution is aspirated through an automiser, Air sample and the fuel are mixed in the mixing chamber which is then sprayed as a very fine mist into the flame. The color of the flame is changed depending upon the concentration of elements present. Radiations from the flame passes through the sensing system and specific narrow band interference filter which permits only the characteristic radiation to pass to the photo-detector. The output of the photo-detector is then processed by the microcontroller and the final results are displayed on the digital display. The System has 5-Point calibration facility and no linearity correction is provided through an automatic curve fitting software. Facility has been provided for re-standardization with a single standard, thereby, eliminating the need of the multiple standards once a calibration has been performed.

Digital Flame Photometer – 391 & 381
Digital Flame Photometer Model â�� 381 is a simple & easy to operate instrument for determination of Sodium, Potassium, Calcium & Lithium. It is an ideal instrument for Soil testing labs. Digital Clinical Flame Photometer Model – 391 is a Dual Channel Flame Photometer used for simultaneous observation of Sodium, Potassium in blood serum (plasma), Urine & other type of biological fluids.
The instruments are supplied in two units viz. Main Unit and Compressor Unit. The Main Unit comprises of digital displays, detector, filters and nebulizer. The compressor unit supplies the compressed air to the Main Unit
Air at a given pressure is passed into the atomiser. The suction produced by it draws the solution of the sample into the nebulizer and is sprayed as fine mist into the flame. The light emitted by the element at the characteristic wavelength is isolated by the narrow band interference filters, which then falls on to the silicon photodiode. After signal conditioning of the photodiode output, it is sent to digital converter and the results are displayed directly in ppm/meq value. The narrow band interference filters are mounted on a rotating disc fitted within the Main Unit. Appropriate filter can be selected by rotating this disc with the thumb. The oil free compressor with regulator maintains a stable airflow.
